On November 4, Xiang Anping, director of the Administrative Law Enforcement Coordination and Supervision Department of the Hubei Provincial Department of Justice, went to the Enshi Municipal Court to investigate administrative law enforcement work, and Xiao Jin, secretary of the party group of the municipal court, Huang Ya, member of the party group and vice president, and responsible comrades of the administrative division attended the discussion.
During the discussion, the research team listened to the report on the trial of administrative cases of the Municipal Court, learned in detail about the main types of administrative cases tried in the past two years, the rate of losing lawsuits by administrative organs and the main reasons for losing lawsuits, and solicited opinions on the problems existing in the trial of administrative cases by administrative organs.
In response to the questions raised by the research group on the discretion of administrative organs in law enforcement, rough law enforcement procedures, administrative inaction or disorderly behavior, the participants of the Municipal Court made detailed answers, and from the perspective of court trial, put forward opinions and suggestions on how administrative organs should improve the level of administration according to law.
