"The completion of the Zhangjiang Science Hall marks the breakthrough from '0' to '1' in the landmark science and technology exchange home of Science City." Zhangjiang Science Hall is located in the core area of Shanghai Zhangjiang City Sub-center, with a total construction area of 115,000 square meters, consisting of 6,000 square meters of main venue, 4,000 square meters of multi-functional halls and 17 conference and display space modules of different sizes.
Zhangjiang Science Hall looks across the river from the "Zhangjiang Medicine Valley", east of the "Zhangjiang Science Gate" under construction, south of the city sub-center building complex and Pudong International Talent Harbor, west of Zhangjiang Artificial Intelligence Island.
The "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Shanghai Zhangjiang Science City" recently announced proposes to strive to build Zhangjiang Science City into an international first-class science city with "obvious scientific characteristics, agglomeration of scientific and technological elements, environment, humanities and ecology, and full of innovation vitality".

In the process of realizing the transformation from "park" to "city", Zhangjiang City Sub-Center will build a number of landmark buildings, and more cutting-edge industries, top technology, high-end talents and strong capital will be gathered here in the future.
Among them, the 320-meter "Twin Towers" under construction is another building in Zhangjiang. Located in the core area of Zhangjiang Central District, the building is likened to the "Gate of Science". According to official disclosures, at present, the core cylinder of the "Gate of Science" tower has been constructed to 26 floors and 128.5 meters, and has been completed to 40% of the total height.
The total land area of the project is 90,000 square meters, and the total construction area is about 830,000 square meters. It will include a 320-meter super-high-rise super-grade A office building "Science Gate" A Tower, and with this as the core, it will form a Grade A office building complex in the core area of Zhangjiang together with two office buildings of 160 meters and 100 meters.
At the same time, "Zhangjiang Gate" is also equipped with an international apartment community that mainly serves high-end scientific research talents, a super-large comprehensive shopping mall of more than 100,000 square meters, and an international high-star hotel.
