This certificate is the only legal driving license issued by the Maritime Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Transport. In the past few years, there are fewer people who learned this certificate, there are fewer institutions that can issue this certificate, the Maritime Safety Bureau does not have strong requirements, and since 2016, there have been more training institutions around the world, and the Maritime Safety Bureau has also begun to verify the driver's license in some places, many old captains who do not have this driver's license in Qingdao went to Dalian to study in May and June, which is the sign that the "People's Republic of China Yacht Driving License" will be valued, so it is recommended that everyone choose this certificate.

Registration for high-end domestic sailing events such as the "China Cup Regatta" and the "Sea Sailing Race" requires the captain to have a "People's Republic of China Yacht Driving License"

The second digit of the certificate uses the number 1 or 2 to indicate the conditions of the navigable waters, 1 is the navigable waters of inland rivers (navigable rivers, rivers, lakes, reservoirs), 2 is the enclosed waters (lakes, reservoirs); 1 contains 2

The third digit uses the letter f or e to indicate the type of permitted vessel, f is a sail hybrid (which can drive a sailing boat or a motorized boat), e is a mechanical motorized boat; f contains e

a1f = Yachts that can be driven at sea with a hybrid of mechanical and sails of any length.

a1e = Yachts that can be mechanically propelled at sea of any length.

a2f = Yachts that can drive a hybrid of mechanical and wind sails up to 20 meters at sea.

CYA: Canadian Yachting Association Canadian Sailing Association / Chinese Yachting Association Chinese Sailing Association

The training system of the Canadian Sailing Association is relatively early, and the iyt listed in article 5 below is based on the Canadian system this year, but the Canadian Sailing Association's system does not seem to have landed much in China, so the average person is not very clear. Here in order to avoid confusion when you see 2 cya in the future, so let's take it out together with our Zhongfan Association.

Chinese yachting association Sailing Association Sailing License, divided into A, B, C 3 levels:

The C class is a 3-day sailing lesson.

4 training systems (RYA, ASA, CYA, IYT) + 1 Yacht Driver's License of the People's Republic of China

iyt: international yacht training, international yacht training;

iyt (full name international yacht training) international yacht training. Iyt with the international name is naturally worthy of its name. It is understood that the iyt training system is based on the most authoritative sailing training system in the world, RYA (RYA does not set up teaching points in China) a very complete sailing yacht training system: training includes power boats, superyachts and various types of sailing, known as the world's most popular sailing training system, there is a great sense of challenge to the classic rya.

Because it is young and has an international perspective, IYT is different from RYA's many limitations, and the positioning of the international style makes IYT more open. Because it has a complete training system like rya and allows translation into other national languages, there are currently courses in Arabic, French, Spanish and Russian in addition to English. It can also be said that iyt does not belong to a certain country, but belongs to the world.

iyt's curriculum system has a leisure and professional classification, as well as a learning course for power boats and unpowered boats. If you are interested in going to their official website, you will get a lot of practical information and full knowledge of iyt. According to iyt's official information, iyt is currently recognized by 26 countries around the world, 76 sailing schools around the world have this training course, and nearly 85% of the world's superyacht crews are trained by iyt, and 100-foot sailing ships and 200-ton super cargo ships are within its curriculum range, only you can't think of it, and there is no course they don't involve. The training center has very strict control over the teaching site, hardware situation, and coaching qualifications. For example, the head coach must have more than 10 years of teaching experience, more than 5 years of iyt assistant coach experience, and must be proficient in English with coaches from various countries around the world regularly in remote meetings, and can read the original English textbook written by iyt headquarters in Canada.
