After the information was released, more than 70 people contacted Cao Moubing to discuss entering the scene. Unexpectedly, when the ticket was used, the staff punched the hole, and his idea fell short. In order to fulfill the "promise" and illegal profits, Cao Moubing vainly tried to lead others to rush into the ticket gate of the music festival, which was stopped by the on-site security personnel in a timely and powerful manner.
Cao Moupeng also posted information on the Idle Fish App that he could get tickets for the Dragon Palace Music Festival, and the ticket price was 200 yuan per ticket. More than 50 people contacted him before and after, and Cao Moupeng gave everyone a waste ticket that had been punched, and the result was that the staff checked the problem when they arrived at the inspection gate. In this way, these people asked Cao Moupeng for explanations, and a dispute occurred between the two sides. The police on duty discovered the situation in a timely manner and immediately disposed of it.
Upon review, Cao Moubing and Cao Moupeng confessed to illegal facts suspected of disturbing public order and were both punished with seven days of administrative detention.
