When Naren was still in elementary school, he often went to the production team office to read the "People's Pictorial" and "National Pictorial" subscribed to by the team, and it was from then on that he had the idea of picking up a camera to record the customs and customs of his hometown.
Surfing
In 1975, Naren was admitted as a public security police officer and assigned to work in the frontline of remote and remote desert border defense. At that time, the monthly salary was 38 yuan, in order to realize his dream, he saved money and bought an old domestic Seagull brand 120 camera and began to learn and practice the art of photography. Until 1980, he picked up the camera and began to shoot, and 5 years later, Na Ren enrolled in the China Photography Correspondence Institute and began to systematically learn the theoretical knowledge and techniques of photography.

In order to better show the customs, natural landscapes and folk culture of Alxa through the lens, Naren has driven to the shooting destination for many years, not afraid of hardships and hardships, just to shoot the most authentic scenery along the way. Naren told reporters that there were many unforgettable stories during the filming, two of which made him unforgettable.
Deep in the Desert
It was September 24, 1989, Na Ren and his party rushed to the Badain Jaran Desert for photography, the jeep on the way accidentally overturned, Na Ren was also slightly injured, but in order to complete the collection, the group continued to enter the hinterland of the desert for shooting, and finally took a number of exquisite photographs. Another time occurred during the Spring Festival in 2008, when Naren drove alone to the Badain Jaran Desert again, this time encountering a huge sandstorm, darkness, and extremely terrifying scenes, with visibility of less than 50 meters. Looking back on that past, Naren still has palpitations, but he does not regret it.
"Generational Love"
Na Ren's shooting locations are mainly distributed in Alxa, and the thousand-year-old poplar forest, badain Jaran Desert, and Helan Mountains are all indispensable landscapes in his shots. Naren said: "When I was young, I dreamed of becoming a photographer, and my years of hard work have made me what I am today. I am fortunate and happy, and now I can finally intuitively introduce and publicize my hometown - the heavenly Alxa to the whole country and even the world through photography skills and techniques. ”

【Biography】
Na Ren, a native of Alxa Ejin Banner. In 1980, he picked up a video camera and began his photography career, and 5 years later, NaRen enrolled in the China Institute of Photography Correspondence, and learned the theoretical knowledge and techniques of photography more systematically. Since then, Naren has continuously published more than 500 personal works in newspapers and periodicals at or above the domestic and league (city) levels, edited and published four personal works collections, participated in various photography exhibitions and won more than 40 awards.
