In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, further stimulate the enthusiasm and passion of the whole city for the development of e-commerce, consolidate the results of poverty alleviation, and help rural revitalization, the Municipal E-commerce Bureau plans to launch a special publicity report on the "Power of Example", promote the advanced enterprises and advanced individuals emerging in the city in 2020, make every effort to tell the story of Longnan e-commerce, spread the voice of Longnan e-commerce, create an e-commerce atmosphere for the opening of the city's 14th Five-Year Plan and rural revitalization, and help the high-quality development of e-commerce in the city. Two outstanding e-commerce youth - Chen Xiaoqi
Chen Xiaoqi, born in 1987, a native of Qianchuan Village, Jindong Township, Liangdang County, Gansu Province, joined the army in December 2004, retired from the army in December 2009, founded Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd. in May 2019, serving as the general manager and legal person of the company, vice president and permanent director of the Longnan E-commerce Platform Supply Chain Business Federation, and vice president and secretary general of the Liangdang County E-commerce Association.
In 2019, Chen Xiaoqi chose to return to his hometown to start a business, with dreams and love to set foot on this land called Liangdang again, riding on the east wind of the state to support the development of e-commerce enterprises, and founded Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the construction and sales of e-commerce platforms, film and television drama production and development, red tourism, artist incubation and creation, net red live streaming, large-scale live broadcast hosting, static shooting of agricultural products, graphic design, short video shooting production, e-commerce training, promotional film shooting and production, and "same city distribution" platform construction and operation.
Since his inception, Chen Xiaoqi has strictly controlled every step of the company's development, and many times he is more hands-on.
At the beginning of 2020, the sudden epidemic disrupted Chen Xiaoqi's planning for the company's development, he realized that the new coronavirus pneumonia is menacing, in the face of this sudden smokeless epidemic battle, as a member of the country and even the entire society, we should dedicate a little of our meager efforts, during the epidemic, mask resources are in short supply, but thinking of the staff fighting in the frontline, he runs in many places to find supplies. Finally, in the name of Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd., a total of more than 32,000 yuan of materials were donated, and then it actively responded to the government's call to carry out a number of large-scale agricultural products tour live broadcast promotion meetings and other live broadcast activities.
On July 18, 2020, Chen Xiaoqi, as the general manager of Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd., led the company's employees to Lanzhou City, and chen Xueli, chairman of Khorgos Zhongjing International Trade Co., Ltd., Zhongjing Guolian Import and Export Trade (Gansu) Co., Ltd., and Zhang Quanxi, general manager of Zhongjing Guolian Import and Export Trade (Gansu) Co., Ltd., and other relevant responsible persons after two days of continuous meetings and discussions, finally signed the Longnan Pavilion established and listed in the Khorgos Overseas Trade Zone. The cooperation agreement established in the overseas warehouse and office of Khorgos has opened the curtain on cross-border e-commerce, and Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd. has also become the first enterprise in Liangdang County to develop cross-border e-commerce.
On August 14, 2020, geological disasters such as flash floods, landslides, and mudslides were triggered in many places in Liangdang County, causing the road surface to collapse and buildings to be washed away, posing a huge threat to the safety of people's lives and property. Faced with the severe flood prevention situation, the Liangdang County People's Government launched a flood prevention level 1 emergency response. During the flood season, Chen Xiaoqi, as an e-commerce enterprise in Liangdang, led the company's employees to respond to flood prevention work in a timely manner, actively cooperated with the Liangdang County E-commerce Center to organize and set up a "Love Help" volunteer group. On August 17, a delicious meal was delivered to everyone who was fighting in the front line of flood control, although it could not replace their shift duty, but still wanted to do a small part of the company. On August 18, Liangdang Qinnan Organic Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., the most seriously affected enterprise, arrived at the most seriously affected enterprises to carry out flood prevention and flood control and relief work.
On January 28, 2021, accompanied by Wang Qiang, general secretary of the party branch of the Sun Workstation, and Chen Xiaoming, the station manager, Chen Xiaoqi led the company's employees to go deep into the home of the five guarantee households in Qianchuan Village of the Sun Workstation and the epidemic prevention and control duty station of the Sun Workstation, carried out household visits and condolences and supported the prevention and control of the epidemic prevention work, and had face-to-face conversations with the five insurance households, each visiting household sent rice, flour, grain and oil and other daily necessities to the five insurance households with difficulties in life, responding to the call of the party committee and government, caring for the five insurance households, not forgetting the original intention, and fulfilling corporate social responsibility. And hope that through the good deeds of Gansu Muyun Technology Co., Ltd., more enterprises and caring people will be driven to participate in poverty alleviation work and contribute to the construction of their hometown. According to statistics, the value of the donated materials totaled more than 26,000 yuan.
