symptom. Moniz tapeworm mainly infects larvae in the first few months of life, with the most severe onset in June and July. Tapeworms can be infected in both larval and adult animals. Tapeworm agnosus oviparus often infects adult animals. Severe infections manifest as lack of energy, some accompanied by neurological symptoms, abdominal pain and diarrhea, feces mixed with mature segments, rapid weakening of sick animals, emaciation, anemia, insect body narrowing or even obstruction of the intestine, enlarged abdominal circumference, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea, and finally cause generalized failure and death. Precautions. The manure of sick animals is intensively and harmlessly treated before it can be used as fertilizer. Land mites are eliminated by ploughing the land and renewing the pasture land.
