Pan Jie, 37, director of the Propaganda Department of the Memorial Hall of the Eighth Route Army Office in Lanzhou, has been engaged in cultural and cultural work for 15 years, won the first prize of the Lanzhou City Interpreter Competition, and was awarded the title of Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Lanzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.

Especially since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the social popularity of the Memorial Hall of the Eighth Route Army Office in Lanzhou has been qualitatively improved, and the number of people who came to visit has been endless, and it has been jointly built with many enterprises and institutions, becoming a famous patriotic education base in Lanzhou City, and the social response has been enthusiastic.
Looking back on the five years of work history, Pan Jie told reporters that from the initial simple explanation of the work to the current red story into the campus and into the barracks, the working environment has changed, and it can more vividly carry out red culture propaganda for children and people from all walks of life, although the workload has increased, but it is more fulfilling and down-to-earth than ever.
Since I have worked at the memorial hall since 2002, from an ordinary typist to a docent to a management work now, I know the importance of working in the red education base as a grassroots party member. Every year on July 1, the day of the founding of the party, many staff of enterprises and institutions will take the oath of membership in the memorial hall, and I am really proud when I revisit the oath of joining the party every year.
