In the ground control room of Shaanxi Coal Group Shaanxi North Mining Hongliulin Company (hereinafter referred to as Hongliulin Company), the staff pressed the "one-button start" button in front of the monitoring screen. Immediately, the huge shearer under the coal well was running instantaneously. Behind the shearer, which coal miners call the "Mecha Behemoth," the "Ugin"-like newly mined coal rolls along the conveyor belt towards the mine's outlet.
In front of the monitoring screen, you can see the mining screen from the mine in real time. In the remote control room of an intelligent comprehensive mining work surface of Hongliulin Company, Hou Youhu, the driver of the shearer of the second team of comprehensive mining, sat in the spacious and bright "cockpit" and stared at the big screen. With the movement of his fingers, he can control the coal cutter under the 100-meter well to cut coal precisely. According to the staff here, in the past few days, the second team of Hongliulin Company has optimized the production organization plan, increased the coal production time from the previous 18 hours to 20 hours per day, shortened the maintenance time to 4 hours per day, and made full efforts to ensure the supply of coal.

"From the previous underground 'coal sunspot' to the current ground remote control of the 'coal liangzi', what has changed is not only the identity of the miner, but more importantly, the improvement of the quality and efficiency of intelligent mining." Since the fourth quarter, Hongliulin Company's three intelligent comprehensive mining working surfaces have been put into production at full horsepower. In the monitoring screen of the remote control room, the operation video of each link of the mine is online at the same time, and the machines and personnel in the picture perform their duties and are busy.
Such intelligent scenes run through a series of production, supply and marketing processes from coal mining, washing and sorting to loading.
Every day, a steady stream of coal is mined from the mine, through the process of coal washing, etc., and is transported to a huge coal storage warehouse.
In the coal storage area on the west side of the Red Willow Forest Company's factory area, towering coal storage silos stand one after another. According to different standards, the washed coal is placed into various types of coal silos through the coal transmission trestle of the vacating flying frame - medium coal silos, block coal silos, refined coal silos, mixed coal silos, pulverized coal silos, etc.
Hundreds of meters away, empty trucks of different colors came from the coal transport channel, entering the site in turn. These vehicles from all over the world slowly drive up to a trapezoidal platform more than half a meter high, with a weighstone on it, and the gross weight of the empty car is registered, which is convenient for weighing the coal when driving out with a full load. Immediately after that, the trucks that had descended the gentle slope headed for the rear of the coal storage silo, where there was already a long queue.
At this time, the loading area is already a roar. At the loading site of one piece of coal, the 21st Century Business Herald reporter saw that the end of the heavy truck drove into the loading area. Tarpaulins on the roof of the heavy trucks have been tied near the front of the truck, and the driver slowly drives under the square coal bunker gate to wait for the coal loading to begin.

The gate of the intelligent loading system is open, and the slippery coal fish runs down, hitting the empty heavy truck carriage, and the sonorous sound suddenly rises. Watch as a small black bag gradually bulges up to the height near the railing of the truck. The driver heard the remote command cabin order, the vehicle slowly moved forward, and it was a sonorous sound again, and in about half a minute, the new small bag bulged again. In just a short while, a standard heavy truck had been filled with lumps of coal. The gates are closed and the vehicles are moving forward. Next, the next one is ready.
Red Willow Forest Company staff told the 21st Century Business Herald reporter that 1700 trucks are transported by car every day.
In addition to automobile transportation, the capacity of railways is also increasing. A few kilometers away from the coal storage area, down the hill is a nearby rail loading station. Some of the coal mined in the Hongliulin Mine passes through several kilometers of coal transmission trestles and is transported to two 10,000-ton coal storage silos at the loading station, waiting for special lines.
The afternoon sun is getting softer and softer, and the yellow leaves next to the railway are more striking. The two shiny rails extend in parallel, a hundred meters away, and are crossed by the remaining track changes, connecting together to the sky. After a while, the "clang dang dang" sounded. Turning his head to look, the orange "Dongfeng" tall locomotive, pulling a long iron carriage, passed under the gate of the loading station and slowly moved forward.

More than ten minutes later, the train stopped at the auxiliary road of the coal line. And not long after, the train came to a stop again. After the ceremony of the overhaul and reinforcement mobilization meeting, they acted quickly, beating and discerning, reinforcing and filling in the gaps, and performing their duties.

The coal produced, sold and transported from coal mines has become more and more central to railway transportation.

Since the opening of the supply guarantee in the fourth quarter, the coal transportation has been intensified, and about 10 to 12 trains are transported every day. ”
Of course, road transport is still an important force.
The 21st Century Business Herald reporter learned from the Yulin Municipal Energy Bureau that in the first three quarters of this year, Yulin produced 402 million tons of raw coal and sold 386 million tons of coal. Among them, road transport is 256.21 million tons, and railway transport is 130.05 million tons.
The expressway and railway lines in the area of Hongliulin Company are connected to form a "two vertical and two horizontal" rapid trunk traffic network and a "four vertical and two horizontal" trunk railway network.
In this way, the company has realized the transmission of coal from the east, south to the north, providing a guarantee for the export of coal, and also enabling the electric power, chemical and other enterprises in East China, North China and South China to have energy supply.

As a well-known mining company in Shenmu, Yulin and even Shaanxi, Hongliulin is a microcosm of the coal supply in this energy supply.
In the energy supply guarantee action this winter and next spring, Shanxi and Shaanxi respectively guaranteed the coal supply of 14 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and Inner Mongolia undertook the coal supply task of 18 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
Among them, Inner Mongolia undertakes the task of ensuring the supply of 53 million tons of coal, and Shaanxi undertakes the task of ensuring the supply of 39 million tons of coal to increase the supply of coal.

The next day, combined with the coal production and railway capacity in various parts of the province, the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission decomposed the task of ensuring the supply of 39 million tons of coal outside Shaanxi Province and 9.46 million tons of coal in the province into 6 coal-producing cities, 3 provincial state-owned enterprises, and 1 municipal state-owned enterprise, involving 201 coal mines in the province.
On October 13, Sun Qingguo, director of the Department of Safety Foundation of the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, said at a regular briefing on State Council policies that 976 coal mines had been audited. Among them, 153 coal mines meet the conditions for safety and supply, increasing production capacity by about 220 million tons / year; it is expected to increase coal production by 55 million tons in the fourth quarter, with an average daily increase of 600,000 tons.

At the same time, Yulin requires a limit on the price of the medium- and long-term contract for the fourth quarter of the guarantee of supply renewal, requiring that the price of the guaranteed supply of private coal mines should not exceed 1500 yuan / ton, and the price of the guarantee and supply of state-owned coal mines should not exceed 1200 yuan / ton. Under the combined efforts of many policies and market supply, the once soaring coal price finally turned around and fell, and the main contract of thermal coal futures has fallen to more than 900 yuan, which is almost waist-cutting compared with the highest point.
