In December 1973, Song Jin was born in Tieling County. His father was a private teacher, art, music, and physical education were all the contents of his teachings, and Song Jin's father liked to paint. When he was in the third and fourth grades of primary school, he especially liked to draw, and the villain books and stamps were all textbooks he copied, especially the comic strips drawn by Li Keyan and Lu Yushao, which were his favorites, and a small book would make him obsessed for several months.
Unfortunately, due to his family's difficulties, although he was admitted to Tieling Fine Arts Secondary School when he graduated from junior high school, he did not have the opportunity to enroll, and prematurely became a young self-employed person, taught himself to repair watches and engrave, in order to learn to repair cameras and mobile phones, rely on craftsmanship to eat and support his family became his only life goal.
But fate has not forgotten this literary and artistic youth with painting talent and painting dreams, one day in 2006, Teacher Li Guitian happened to go to his mobile phone shop to repair his mobile phone, and naturally mentioned painting in small talk, teacher Li learned that he also liked painting when he said: "When you have time, come to my house to paint, it is not easy to like one thing."
In this way, Song Jin began to systematically learn to paint with Teacher Li in his spare time from the painter's brush Peony, and one painting was two years. Due to his livelihood, he had to stop painting again. In these 6 years, the seeds of painting are dormant under the pressure of life, but they still stubbornly exist.
In August 2014, one of Mr. Li Guitian's students met Song Jin on the street, chatted for a while, and then warmly issued an invitation to Song Jin: "Teacher Li's Yinzhou Calligraphy and Painting Institute has just been established, he has time, there is also a studio, you come to paint." He must have been particularly pleased! ”。
In this way, he began to enter the work state of painting, which resembled an ascetic, first painting sheep, then sunflowers and figures. In 2015, one of his works, "Harvesting Thyme", won the Excellence Award of the National Chinese Painting Exhibition "High Purity and Character Lan Hui Life" sponsored by the China Artists Association.
One day, he logged on to phoenix network and accidentally saw a picture of a mansion, how many stories and dreams were hidden behind the dense windows? In just over 20 days and months, a painting entitled "Thousands of Households" was presented to him, winning the grand prize of the Fifth National Youth Art Exhibition in 2015.
The painting is roughly a myriad of windows, but a closer look at each window is different, as Leo Tolstoy famously said: Happy families are very similar... This painting uses a strong decorative technique to paint, the whole picture is filled with a harmonious, comfortable and happy atmosphere, and the few fluttering balloons enhance the painting eye at the same time, but also break the balance of the picture, becoming a stunning composition technique.
After winning the award, he carefully examined the painting, this seemingly simple mechanical stacking of objects actually has a strong visual impact, but also contains a wealth of content, easy to express the complex inner world of modern urban people. In 2016, his Chinese brush painting "Spring Is Full of Cities" was selected for the Rongbaozhai Chinese Painting Biennale sponsored by the China Artists Association.
In 2017, the 2017·7th China Beijing International Art Biennale, approved by the State Council, funded by the State Finance, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the China Artists Association, opened in Beijing.
Artists from 124 countries participated in the exhibition and submitted more than 10,000 articles. There are only 64 Selected Chinese paintings, and Song Jin's work "Corner" is one of these sixty-four. On the day of the exhibition, he stood in front of his work with great excitement, carefully capturing the opinions of the audience on his work.
He Jiaying, then vice chairman of the China Artists Association, stopped in front of this painting and commented: "This painting is very good, young people have many ideas, dare to think and dare to paint, and seize the pulse of the times."
