According to a report by Arabiya TV on November 4, local time, a message from a South Sudanese mediator said that the two sides did not talk about returning to the pre-October 25 state, but were close to reaching a consensus. The Sudanese parties have reached an agreement on the current political crisis in Sudan and are expected to announce the results on the 4th.
