A drunken sailor came from behind and tapped her on the shoulder, and she turned her head to throw a wink at him—a pair of watery hanging eyes, the corners of which went straight into her sideburns, but unfortunately she had bright red frostbite on her ears. She put her hands together and held the arms of the sailor and rested her head on him; the two could not walk a few steps side by side, and another sailor, both tall and large, held her hostage.
