According to police in Kent, England, David Fuller, 67, admitted to murdering two women in two attacks in June and November 1987, Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20.

Wendy was the manager of a video store at the time, preparing to marry her boyfriend, and the two were looking forward to a vacation to Paris. However, this happiness came to an abrupt end on June 23, 1987.

The forensic examiner also found a key piece of information when identifying the body, that Wendy was sexually assaulted after death, and prosecutors also believe that the killer had a sexual interest in Wendy, who was already dead.
Wendy's poor boyfriend was accompanied by guilt for the rest of his life, but the case did not resolve until his death.
Just 5 months after Wendy was killed, another woman named Caroline was killed in the same way.

On the night of November 24, Caroline went out with friends and disappeared after taking a taxi home.
Subsequently, police found Caroline's body in a sewer ditch, which was also strangled to death and then raped after her death. When Caroline was found, she was wearing only a tights.
The location and tactics of both cases are quite similar, and the police believe that the same murderer is responsible, and an investigation has been launched locally. What I didn't expect was that this check was 33 years.
It wasn't until 2019, due to advances in DNA detection technology, that investigators retested DNA samples from the two cases, and after comparison and investigation, until November 2020, the police finally found a similar DNA.
On December 3, the police finally arrested the murderer, David.
David was unusually calm when he was arrested, probably thinking that after so many years, the police could not do anything with him. However, the police compared David's DNA and found that it matched the DNA of 30 years ago perfectly!

Most of the photos he downloaded from the Internet, and some of the photos and videos record his sexual assault on female corpses in the morgue, the earliest of which was taken 12 years ago.
In addition to this, there is a large number of floppy disks, DVDs, more than 30,000 photos, camera rolls and other evidence, dating back to 1970.
Meanwhile, police also found a black handwritten diary detailing David's sexual assault on a body while working at the hospital.
So much evidence has blinded the police, and the British courts have never seen such a large amount of evidence of sex crimes.
According to the investigation, David has been working as an electrician in the local hospital since 1989, he has an access card that allows access to all areas, and he uses his position to sexually assault a large number of female corpses in the morgue.
And David knew the location of the morgue camera, and the hospital surveillance never captured him. Colleagues in the hospital all thought David was a good man, and his face was full of smiles when he usually worked, and he had no doubts at all.
David, who had been married three times and had four children, lived with his current wife and children at the time of his arrest. To outsiders, he was a loving father and a responsible husband.
According to Fuller's diary and investigation, the British judiciary counted at least 99 victims, from more than 100 elderly women to 9-year-old girls, all of whom did not escape David's poisonous hands.
What worries the police most at the moment is that in addition to the nearly 100 victims recorded by David, there may be hundreds of victims who have not been recorded.
It can be found from David's recorded videos and photos that David abused the deceased between 2008 and 2020, but between 1987 and 2008, he did not have any known criminal acts, which is obviously flawed.
