Provincial management cadres are publicly announced before they take office
In accordance with the "Regulations on the Work of Selecting and Appointing Party and Government Leading Cadres" and relevant regulations, Ma Zhigang and 15 other comrades are hereby announced of their proposed posts:
Ma Zhigang, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1976, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 2002. He is currently the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party After research, the comrade plans to assume the leading post at the level of the main department of the provincial unit.
Li Chenyang, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1968, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in August 1987. He is currently the Vice President of Yunnan University and a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. After research, the comrade plans to assume the leading post at the level of the main department of the provincial unit.
Liu Minglin, male, Han ethnicity, born in July 1969, on-the-job master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1988. He is currently the deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and a member of the Party Group. After research, the comrade plans to assume the post of full-time leader of the provincial management enterprise.
Li Yonghe, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1969, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1991. He is currently the Party Secretary of Yunnan Forestry Vocational and Technical College (deputy department level). After research, the comrade intends to assume the position of full-time leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Ma Wenhui, male, Han ethnicity, born in May 1973, doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in May 2001. He is currently the Vice President of Kunming University of Science and Technology and a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. After research, the comrade intends to assume the position of full-time leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Colonel Dong, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1964, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in August 1989. He is currently the vice president and party committee member of West Yunnan Normal University of Science and Technology. After research, the comrade intends to assume the position of full-time leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Li Changlin, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1969, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in September 1987. He is currently the director of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission's Letter and Petition Office, and a first-level researcher. After research, the comrade plans to assume the leading post of deputy department level of the unit directly under the provincial government.
Peng Shengwen, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1969, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1990. He is currently the director of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, the Third Supervision and Inspection Office of the Provincial Supervision Commission, and a first-level researcher. After research, the comrade plans to assume the leading post of deputy department level of the unit directly under the provincial government.
Jin Tao, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1970, graduate degree from the Central Party School, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in March 1989. He is currently the director of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the First Supervision and Inspection Office of the Provincial Supervision Commission, and a first-level researcher. After research, the comrade plans to assume the leading post of deputy department level of the unit directly under the provincial government.
Gan Jianhou, male, Hui ethnicity, born in August 1976, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1998. He is currently the executive deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Informatization of Ethnic Education of the Ministry of Education of Yunnan Normal University and the deputy director of the Department of Education. After research, the comrade intends to serve as the deputy leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Wang Aiping, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1970, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in March 1989. He is currently the director of the Cadre Team Construction Planning Office of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and a first-level researcher. After research, the comrade plans to serve as the secretary of the discipline inspection committee of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Wen Weibo, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1968, on-the-job master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1990. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the First Clinical Medical College (First Affiliated Hospital) of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After research, the comrade intends to serve as the deputy leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Du Junchao, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1966, graduate degree from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 1988. He is currently the chief of the prison management corps of the provincial public security department and the second-level police commissioner. After research, the comrade plans to serve as the secretary of the discipline inspection committee of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Li Jie, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1979, on-the-job doctoral degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in July 2002. He is currently a member of the Party Committee and the director of the Propaganda Department of Kunming University. After research, the comrade intends to serve as the deputy leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
Zhang Yongjie, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1971, on-the-job master's degree, member of the Communist Party of China, joined the work in August 1994. He is currently the director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Red River College. After research, the comrade intends to serve as the deputy leader of the provincial undergraduate colleges and universities.
