After investigation, Gu Feng violated political discipline, colluded with others, destroyed, transferred, and concealed evidence, and resisted organizational review; violated the spirit of the eight central regulations and honest discipline, and accepted gifts in violation of regulations; violated organizational discipline by failing to report personal matters in accordance with regulations, and violated regulations to seek benefits for others; violated state laws and regulations, and gave birth to a son out of wedlock; and took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others and illegally accepted huge amounts of money and property.
As a leading cadre who is a party member, Gu Feng has lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original mission, distorted his three views, has a weak sense of law and discipline, is disloyal and dishonest to the party, and still does not restrain or accept his hands after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, and still does not know how to respect and stop after the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party, and his behavior is of a bad nature, the circumstances are serious, and the impact is extremely bad, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Administrative Punishment of Public Employees," and other relevant provisions, after being studied by the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Hunan Provincial Cpc Committee for approval, it was decided to give Gu Feng the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Hunan Provincial Supervision Commission should give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; the confiscation of his proceeds of violations of discipline and law; and the transfer of his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved would be transferred together.
