Zhao Hongfu, secretary of the municipal party committee, delivered a speech on behalf of the municipal party committee. Zhao Hongfu fully affirmed the CPPCC work in the past five years. Chen Shaobin, vice chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Tenth Committee of the CPPCC Danjiangkou City Committee, reported to the meeting on the motions of the Tenth CPPCC Committee. In the past five years, the Standing Committee of the Tenth CPPCC Municipal Committee has received a total of 580 proposals, and after review, 564 cases have been filed, with a case filing rate of 97%. There were 528 individual motions and joint motions of cppcc members, accounting for 93.6 percent, and 36 collective motions, or 6.4 percent, of which were collectively submitted by democratic parties, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Special Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. As of October 2021, all case filing proposals have been completed as required, with a 100% response rate.
