On the first day of school, I took a minibus from Dafang for two or three hours to reach Qianxi, which was my first time out of the far door, and after entering the school, I saw a few big characters on the teaching floor of the new campus for the first time - facing the primary school and serving the countryside. This was the mission of the Secondary Normal School, and at that time I was vaguely aware that my future was destined to serve in rural primary schools, but I was still inexplicably a little lost. After receiving the teaching materials and attending the class for a few days, I found that the curriculum and teaching direction were very different from what I imagined and expected, and the sense of loss was stronger. Fortunately, I thought about many things clearly later, and I chose the path I chose, and I had to stick to it no matter what.
When it comes to Qianxi Normal School, everyone will not forget "Mother Zhu". When we were in school, he was the head of the student section, named Zhu Yunhuai, because he cared about the difficult students, the students gave him an admirable title - "Mother Zhu". One of the most prominent characteristics of "Mother Zhu" is strictness, and many students who love to violate discipline are frightened when they hear the three words "Mother Zhu". Why is that? First, he has a very well-developed and well-implemented set of management measures, using conduct scoring to manage the entire school and the class. Secondly, he formed a competent management team, the student union, selected students with good grades and obedience from each class, assigned management work to each student union member, and carried out all-round management from the aspects of class hygiene, morning exercise attendance and discipline, evening self-study attendance and discipline, dormitory hygiene and bedtime discipline. In addition, he has the ability not to forget, the students of each class of the school he basically knows the name and student number, I was also a member of the student union when I was in school, he uses the student number management can be accurate to any student in the whole school, such as a class of a certain number of students late for self-study 3 minutes late, 1 minute late for recess exercises, after turning off the lights, someone in so-and-so dormitory speaks, including a certain number of students, etc. In my opinion, the management at that time and now are very strict, mature and efficient.
I am in the 98th grade (4) class, a total of 46 students, because of the use of student number management, so the student number is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, I graduated from the middle school in 2001, now it is a full twenty years, I still clearly remember the name and number of each classmate in the class (the list is attached), not only my good memory, but also because of that difficult friendship. Exactly twenty years, bit by bit is still like yesterday, vividly remembered.
I remember going to the pine forest in Longtan Bay for a spring tour in the first year of high school, doing picnics and singing. The group worked together to make delicious food, played hi and wiped his face with firewood ash, and the class teacher Ouyang Zhiming was also smeared as a "big flower cat". There was a physical education class in the second year of secondary school, because the teacher was 5 minutes late, the students were scattered and playing around, and when the teacher arrived, some students shouted loudly:

Because I love writing, I joined the school's "Green Boat" Literary Club as a deputy editor, and got to know several of Huang Guangguo's friends who love writing - Zhang Zhengqi, Wu Jing, An Xinmo, etc. Every time they gathered to participate in the review meeting, everyone chatted very closely.
