On January 6, 2021, Pingguo Runfeng Calcium New Material Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the deep processing and production project with an annual output of 1 million tons of calcium carbonate, which is the first key project to start construction in Pingguo City in 2021. The project adopts advanced green environmental protection production technology, mainly producing calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, food grade calcium oxide, light calcium carbonate, with a planned total investment of 360 million yuan, an annual output value of 400 million yuan, a tax of 45 million yuan, and more than 300 jobs.

Ikemet Calcium Carbonate Project

On September 1, 2021, Pingguo High-end Environmental Protection New Material Industrial Park and Guangxi Pingguo Aikemet New Materials Co., Ltd. Phase I Biodegradable Environmental Protection New Materials Project with an annual output of 100,000 tons started. It is understood that the project plans a total investment of 150 million yuan, and the annual output value is expected to reach 830 million yuan after being put into operation, and about 200 jobs can be arranged. The product has the advantages and characteristics of environmental protection, low cost, incineration, stability control and renewable utilization.

02, Pingguo City "stone" force is not bad

Pingguo City is rich in mineral resources, as of now, Pingguo City has 32 effective mining rights, including 20 calcium carbonate mining rights, as of the end of 2020, Pingguo City bauxite holds resources of 81.3971 million tons, manganese ore holds resource reserves of 368,600 tons, and gold ore holds resources of 857,300 tons (ore volume), Calcite mines hold resource reserves of 2,450,300 tons, brick and tile shale mines hold resource reserves of 22,796.2 thousand cubic meters, limestone mines for flux retain resource reserves of 57,293,600 tons, cement limestone mines hold resource reserves of 14,606,700 tons, and construction stone limestone mines hold resource reserves of 205 million tons.
