Mountain ants often inhabit the humid mountain meadows or streams in the south of our country, we are near such as Da Rong Mountain, Paradise Mountain and other high mountains, altitude of more than 600 meters above the wet places are found, especially from April to October is the most active, we go out to climb or follow the creek, etc. when we should pay more attention, in advance to do the necessary precautions, so as not to bring unnecessary trouble.
Methods of mountain locust prevention:
Minimize the direct exposure of the body, pay attention to wearing long clothes and trousers, and put the socks on the outside of the trouser legs to prevent the mountain locust drill from attaching to the human body. In the process of traveling, try to choose a relatively dry, grassy place to pass, should often pay attention to check whether there are mountain locusts crawling on the feet, you can spray some pesticides on the upper of the shoe, anti-mosquito oil, can play a role in repelling mountain locusts, to prevent ants from climbing. Do not drink mountain spring stream water, so as not to parasitize the respiratory tract, esophagus, urethra and other places after drinking it.
Treatment of mountain locust bites:
In case of being bitten by a mountain locust, do not pull hard, which can easily break the mouthpiece of the mountain locust under the skin and cause infection. It can be slapped near the bite to shake it off. Soap, strong brine, smoke oil, alcohol can be dripped on the front suction cup, or scalded with a burning cigarette, allowing it to fall off on its own, and then compress the wound to stop bleeding, and apply iodine to the wound to prevent infection. If the wound is bleeding continuously, it can be applied to the wound with charcoal ash grinding into a powder, or mashed with young bamboo leaves and leaves, and then bandaged.
