Another blow for Liverpool tarnished a win, with Roberto Firmino's name being added to the injury list on Wednesday and the striker now facing weeks of off-field games.
He was in the treatment room with five of his teammates, three of whom were unable to play because of muscle injuries.
With another big game in the Premier League at the weekend, Klopp provided an update on his team – that's what he had to say.
Milner and Keita
Both missed the game with a hamstring injury and James Milner suffered a setback in The Manchester United and Naby Keita against Brighton.
The manager had some hope for their return shortly after the international match in November.
"Of course they are. We'll see. For them, I have hope for the international break, but I don't know much," Klopp said. Arsenal will be the first opponent on the schedule.

However, this was by no means good news for Firmino, as his hamstring injury was "severe" and left him unable to qualify for at least a month.
"Bobby's serious hamstring injury is not good news, it's really unfortunate," Klopp said.
