As early as 2013, the shared farm was founded by Danzhou Dahuangling Agricultural Development Center (established in November 2009 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan)). The plan is to invest 15.3 million yuan, and the first phase has invested 7.3 million yuan to build leisure agricultural facilities such as farm gates, homestay wooden houses, farmhouse restaurants, park roads, leisure walking boardwalks and so on.

In Lu Guiling's view, the shared farm has driven farmers out of poverty and become rich through the development model of "company + cooperative + farmer + poor household". In 2016, from its own development needs, in order to repay the society and support the government's accurate poverty alleviation as its own responsibility, the farm led the establishment of Danzhou Guisen Breeding Professional Cooperative, with its own breeding mouse snake technical resources and financial advantages, absorbed 16 poor households around the station to become shareholders. In 2016, each poor household paid a dividend of 3,000 yuan, and in 2017, each household paid a dividend of 5,250 yuan.
"While driving poor households to obtain dividends in professional breeding, farms carry out vocational and technical training for farmers in breeding and physiotherapy, and absorb farmers to work on farms." At present, 23 farmers (including 17 poor households with established archives) are working in the farm, with an annual income of 24,000 yuan.
