Jiujiang News Network News (Jiujiang Daily all-media reporter Zhang Xinhong) A few days ago, Ms. Wang, a resident of Jiangxin Village in Mianchuan Town, Pengze County, reflected that in the past few months, the tap water pressure in the village has been small, causing difficulties in domestic water. Mr. Song, the person in charge of the water plant in Mianchuan Town, said that some time ago, there was a period of drought and little rain, and the villagers used a large amount of tap water for irrigation. At the same time, a leak point was detected. These factors caused the water pressure to become smaller, and after repairs, the water pressure has returned to normal.

According to Ms. Wang, the domestic water used for several consecutive months this year is not normal, mainly because the water pressure is too small. She said that the main people left behind in the village are the elderly, women and children, so everyone does not know what the reason for the small water pressure is, so they have to report to the water plant, but the problem has not been solved for a long time, and after several months, the water pressure is still very small.

Mr. Song, the person in charge of the water plant in Mianchuan Town, explained that the water pressure problem had been solved a few days ago, and the reason for this problem was that in the first few months of drought and little rain, the villagers were busy planting vegetables, so many households connected to tap water to irrigate the vegetable fields, forming a peak of water use, and the water pressure became smaller when there were more people using it. Another reason is that after the peak of water consumption caused by agricultural production has passed, the water pressure is still very small, and they have found a leak point after testing, but this leak point is in the villagers' fields, when the villagers plough the land, the tiller cuts through the water pipe, and the villagers do not tell the water plant, resulting in the water pressure becoming smaller. At present, this leak point has been repaired, and the water plant has also visited the user's home to confirm that the tap water pressure has returned to normal.

Finally, Director Song said that at present, the water plant is undergoing water network transformation, many of the previous water pipes are walking through the villagers' fields, and the villagers are prone to water pipe rupture when they carry out agricultural operations, and the new water pipes after the transformation will avoid these places to ensure the normal use of water by residents.
