This is Chan Wai-hsien's eleventh Cantonese album, containing a total of twelve works, and Ou Dingyu and Ye Guangquan worked together to complete the production of the album. Unlike Previous Cantonese albums by Chan Wai-hsien, the style of "I'm Not Lonely" has changed significantly, with the addition of many completely original tracks by Chinese musicians, and only three songs are based on works by European, American and Japanese musicians.
