During the Western Jin Dynasty, there was a great filial piety named Wang Xiang.

When Wang Xiang was very young, his mother died, leaving him and his father to live together. Dad had to work to support his family while taking care of little Wang Xiang, and he was busy all day long.

The neighbor really couldn't look at it, and did matchmaking in the middle, introducing An object Zhu Shi to Wang Xiang's father.

Dad thought twice and said to the neighbor, "I don't have any requirements, as long as I am good to the child." ”

The neighbor said: "Zhu Clan promised: She must regard Wang Xiang as closer than her own son, otherwise, she will be sorry for the mother who died of the child." ”

So, Dad married Zhu Shi.

Wang Xiang has a mother again.

However, Zhu Shi did not love Wang Xiang and was very mean to him, often wearing small shoes for him in front of his father and suing him for blackness.

At first, Dad didn't believe it, because he knew best what his son looked like.

However, as time went on, Dad's ear roots softened, he completely believed Zhu's words, and he did not love Wang Xiang anymore, and became more and more cold.

However, Wang Xiang is still the original Wang Xiang, the obedient baby of the Eight Classics of Zheng'er, and a filial piety and grandson. Whether it is to his father or his stepmother Zhu Shi, Wang Xiang is very filial.

Whenever Dad or Zhu Shi was sick, The soup medicine, Wang Xiangbi personally tasted it; he always slept with clothes on at night in order to take care of them...

One winter, the cold wind blew on the face like a knife, and the river froze into thick ice.

Mother Chu was sick, and she was not lightly ill. She especially wants to eat fresh carp.

Without saying a word, Wang Xiang ran to the river; he took off his cotton clothes and lay naked on the ice, so that he could warm the cold ice with his body so that he could catch fish.

In a few moments, the ice melted a hole, and then two living carp jumped out.

Wang Xiang was very happy, as if he had a baby, and quickly took the fish home to honor his mother Zhu Shi.

Chu was still sick. After eating the delicious carp, she was hungry again.

Wang Xiang also did not say a word, and came to the field with the net of catching birds.

"Yellow finches, with wings, fly very high; it is cold and frozen, where can you see it?" When you see it, how can you catch it? Wang Xiang looked at the sky and said to himself worriedly.

Who knows, dozens of yellow finches flew into the net under his feet at once.

Wang Xiang was overjoyed, and immediately brought the yellow bird home and stewed a pot of fragrant yellow bird soup for his mother Zhu Shi.

Zhu Shi drank most of the bowl in one breath, and the people also had a lot of spirits...

The next day, Zhu's illness miraculously improved.
