Confirmed case 1: A woman, 48 years old, from Hebei, an employee of Beijing Qingfeng Bun Shop Jiuxianqiao Store, a close contact of the confirmed case imported from abroad on December 14, was placed under centralized isolation medical observation and nucleic acid testing on December 15, the result was negative, and the nucleic acid test was conducted again on December 17, the result was positive, that is, transferred from the 120 negative pressure ambulance to Ditan Hospital. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia on December 18, and the clinical classification was mild.
Confirmed case 2: A woman, 46 years old, from Hebei, living with the employees of the same unit and the same dormitory as confirmed case 1, is a close contact of the confirmed case imported from abroad on December 14, and was subjected to centralized isolation medical observation and nucleic acid testing on December 15, the result was negative, and the nucleic acid test was conducted again on December 18, the result was positive, that is, from the 120 negative pressure ambulance to Ditan Hospital. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, the diagnosis was confirmed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia on the same day, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Heilongjiang added 2 new cases of local asymptomatic infection
Heilongjiang Health Commission reported that at 0-24:00 on December 18, there were no new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province. There were 2 new asymptomatic infected patients (Suifenhe City).
As of 24:00 on December 18, there were 11 confirmed cases (2 cases in Dongning City, 8 cases in Suifenhe City, and 1 case imported from outside Tahe County), and 1 suspected case (1 case in Dongning City). There are currently 7 asymptomatic infected patients (7 in Suifenhe City).
Asymptomatic infected person 1: male, 62 years old, retired, currently residing in Jinxiucheng Community, Suifenhe City, is a close contact of the confirmed case Yang Moumou.
Asymptomatic infected person 2: Female, 43 years old, unemployed, currently residing in Jinxiucheng Community, Suifenhe City, is a close contact of the confirmed case Yang Moumou.
On December 18, the two people tested positive for nucleic acid, and the experts diagnosed them as asymptomatic infected people, and have now been transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation medical observation. The relevant departments have implemented isolation and control measures for the close contacts and close connections they have identified, and carried out terminal disinfection and closed management of the places where they have been active.
Dalian, Liaoning Province, added 1 new locally confirmed case
From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 18, there was a new confirmed case of local covid-19 in Liaoning Province, which was reported by Dalian City and was an ordinary case. There were no new cured and discharged cases.
The newly confirmed cases are close contacts of previously asymptomatic infected people in China, and during the centralized isolation period, they were found to have been transferred to the Dalian Center for Centralized Treatment of New Coronary Pneumonia in Liaoning Province for isolation and treatment.
As of 24:00 on December 18, Liaoning Province has reported a cumulative total of 290 confirmed cases (including 65 cases imported from abroad), 287 cases cured and discharged from hospital, 2 deaths, and 1 case treated in hospital. At present, there are still 7 asymptomatic infected people isolated and treated in designated hospitals.
