Let's be the "beauty" of Suixi Park!
Suixi Park is characterized by the dense lychee ecological woodland, the interlaced natural scenery of the water network and the cultural landscape of ancient bridges and typical residential buildings, which is the core of the city's green ecology and is known as the "green lung of the city". The park is planned and constructed with the theme of "Qingxi, Green Island, Ancient Bridge, Danli, Pastoral and Rural", highlighting the protection of ecological base and creating distinctive characteristics of beautiful natural landscapes, profound cultural heritage, and outstanding leisure functions.
Across the creek from the museum is the Wugong Temple. Wugong Temple is a "Wugong Temple" built by the people of Putian to commemorate Wu Xing, a water conservancy expert of the Tang Dynasty, and specially built a "Wugong Temple" by the Yanshou Creek. The tragic myth of Wu Xing slaying the dragon is spread along the banks of Yanshou Creek, and many village names are related to this legend. Today's "Wugong Prayer" attraction is to integrate the venue on the basis of the original Wugong Temple, open up more spacious space, provide citizens with gatherings and blessing activity places, and form a place with a strong traditional life atmosphere.

Shili Pingxi refers to the Yanshou Creek that runs through the garden, elegantly known as Suixi, which originated in The Nine Carp Lake, and the upper reaches were originally the "Kitase Feiquan", one of the twenty-four scenic spots in Putian, and now, this attraction has been replaced by the vast Dongzhen Reservoir. Suixi now undertakes the flood discharge and irrigation functions of the reservoir, and the downstream is joined into Mulan Creek through the culvert sluice gate, which is one of the five major tributaries of Mulan Creek. It resembles a turquoise ribbon tied to the northeastern outskirts of Putian City. Its water potential is soothing, and in the past, literati yashi took many yachts to fish and write poetry for fun. This scene, with the help of the infinite spirit of the lyricist, triggered the poet's incomplete inspiration. The "Suixi Fishing Boat" has become one of the twenty-four scenic spots in Putian.

The lychee forest is skillfully integrated with ancient bridges, ancient trees, ancient buildings, and Silk Creek, so that the lychee forest is revitalized and becomes the city's "oxygen tree" and "landscape tree". Lychee bright red season, along the Yanshou Creek, shuttled through the dense lychee forest, you can see the wonderful scenery of thousands of bushes of green in the middle of the red, full of trees hanging red lights, at the same time the water is clear, the shore is green, the ancient bridge is dotted in between, and sometimes the egrets fly together, beautiful.

The park's greenway. The orange-red asphalt slow path in the middle of the greenway winds forward among the lychee forest belts, lined with verdant trees, flowers blooming on the branches, and a faint fragrance of flowers wafting through the forest. On both sides of the greenway, in addition to retaining the original lychee forest landscape, there are also 6 leisure squares, 3 art galleries, and 1 activity center for the elderly. Yanshou Ancient Bridge was built in the first year of the Southern Song Dynasty and Song Dynasty Gaozong Jianyan (1127), is a 14-hole stone girder bridge, the bridge is 93.5 meters long, 2.6 meters wide, 8.5 meters high, and the span is 7.5 meters, after nearly 900 years of ups and downs, it is now a provincial cultural relics protection unit. The bridge spans the Yanshou Creek, majestic and beautiful, a stone pillar at the head of the bridge, was erected by Lin Qingyuan, a Xinghua Zhijun in the second year of Song Shaoding (1229), and Chen Mi, a scholar of The Dragon Tuge of Yiren, wrote the three characters of "Yanshou Bridge". The existing Jie was rebuilt in the sixth year of qing guangxu (1880). Yanshou Bridge resembles Changhong majestically above the stream, the breeze blows, the water is shining, the bridge deck is paved with five bluestones, and the stone railings on both sides of the bridge deck are majestic with stone lions of various forms, which basically maintains the full appearance of the Ming Dynasty construction, and reproduces the beautiful landscape of "the stone lion is not afraid of wind and rain, and the fishing rod has its own smoke and cloud interest".
Zhuangyuanjing, also known as Xujing, is located about 100 meters south of Yanshou Bridge. The ancient well as a whole is well preserved, the well is surrounded by a circular melon-lined type, with a diameter of 3 meters, and a vertical stone is cut across the well, which divides the well into two sides. The water on the left is turbid and heavy, and the water on the right is clear and light. Well water does not dry up for thousands of years. The octagonal fence around the well platform was built by later generations, exquisite and transparent, simple and generous. The well was dug by the monk Nirvana in the fourth year of Tang Qianfu (877) for Xu Yin. Later, Xu Yin's eighth grandson Xu Duo became an official Shangshu in the Song Dynasty, and carved the word "Xu Jing" on the fence stone of the well. After Xu Yin, the Xu clan produced Xu Yi (shì), Xu Duo, and thirty-five jinshi, leaving behind such good stories as "Aotou Sanzhan", "One Side Of Wen Wu Kui Tianxia, and The Hero of the Four Seas Entering the Gঀu". This Xujia well, which is clear on the right and left, has also become a scenic spot for tourists to find the ancients. In 2004, this thousand-year-old well has been included in the second batch of cultural relics protection units in Chengxiang District.
