Notice on the Delimitation of Dog Breeding Restriction Areas in Longwan District
In order to strengthen the management of dog breeding in Longwan District, maintain the city appearance environment and public order, and protect the health and personal safety of citizens, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Wenzhou Dog Management Regulations", combined with the actual situation of Longwan District, to strengthen the management of dog breeding, the following notice is hereby issued on the delimitation of the dog breeding restriction area in Longwan District:
1. The restricted dog breeding area in Longwan District is within the built-up area of six streets and other functional areas, and the key management of dog breeding is implemented in the restricted area.
2. Organs, enterprises and public institutions in the restricted breeding area are prohibited from keeping dogs (if it is really necessary for work or protection, it should be equipped with relevant safety protection facilities, arrange special personnel to manage and register).
3. Dog owners in the restricted area are limited to one dog per household; individuals who need to help the disabled due to blind guidance, hearing guidance, support, etc., may raise the necessary number of dogs and large dogs (the disabled certificate and the dog-related professional training certificate shall be provided when registering).
4. The types and standards of fierce dogs and large dogs that are prohibited from being kept by individuals in the restricted area are detailed in the annex.
The management of dog breeding in Longwan District is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Wenzhou Dog Management Regulations.

2. Dogs with a height (height) of more than 60 cm (the distance from the ground to the highest point of the shoulder blade when standing) are large dogs.
