A: The Regulations prohibit residents from keeping aggressive dogs and large dogs.

4. What are the standards for large dogs that are prohibited?

A: In the areas stipulated in the Regulations, residents are prohibited from keeping large dogs with a height greater than 50 cm (shoulder height) and a body length of 80 cm (including 50 cm in height and 80 cm in body length), except for guide dogs. The Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau will adjust the specifications of prohibited dogs in a timely manner according to the actual situation of dog breeding in our city, and the final interpretation will be vested in the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau.
