Chen Qi said that as the "bridgehead" of Jiujiang's opening up to the outside world and the "vanguard" of the county economy, Ruichang should not let go of the need to take the lead, make a brilliant achievement, and make a head contribution in promoting Jiujiang's catch-up and leapfrogging.
