Lushi County has unearthed a large number of paleontological fossils such as dinosaurs, Lu's tarsal monkeys, Luohe zhongbeae, Lu's Homo sapiens, etc., which is a place where fossils can be examined; there are a large number of relics and sites such as Neolithic cultural sites and Shang Dynasty cultural sites, which are one of the important birthplaces of Heluo culture.
The Lushiluohe Fault Basin is known as the treasure house of paleontological fossils, and more than 1,400 ancient fossil artifacts have been excavated, of which Homo sapiens skulls and teeth, and Han Dynasty painted bone rulers are rare treasures. There are 63 ancient cultural sites, 8 Neolithic and Shang Dynasty cultural sites, and more than 40 Yangshao and Longshan cultural sites distributed along the banks of the river in Lu's territory, highlighting the civilization charm of the birthplace of Heluo culture.
Temple
Lushi County God Temple, founded in the last year of the Yuan Dynasty, is located in the north of Zhonghua Street Road, Lushi County, which is one of the largest and most well-preserved ancient buildings in western Henan, and is also the only cultural relic in the Central Plains. The whole building is golden and brilliant, the eaves are flying, the craftsmanship is exquisite, the Zhumen pillar is high, and the bright and open, reflecting the exquisite beauty of ancient architectural art and the wisdom of the working people. In 2013, it was included in the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units list.
Shen Yu Daoluo
Shenyu Daoluo is located at the mouth of the Fanli (Li) Town 15 kilometers northeast of the county seat of Lushi. "Shang Shu Yu Gong" contains: "Da Yu zhi water, guide the luo from bear's ears", according to legend, Da Yu chiseled the mountain to guide Luo, the ancient "Luo" character on the cliff is said to be carved by Dayu himself. In order to commemorate his merits, the people built temples and sacrifices at the mouth of Yuwanggou on the north bank of Luoshui and Jindou Mountain on the south side of the mountain and river mouth where Da Yu Daoluo lived. Tang and Song dynasties and other tourists have left many inscriptions on the cliff here, and the 5 large characters of Liu Yingzhong's book "Shenyu Daoluo Place" in Qingzhi County are carved on the stone wall and still exist today. When the Luohe Guxian Reservoir was built, in order to prevent the ruins of Daoluo from being submerged, the stone carvings at Shenyu Daoluo were re-carved in 1992 and embedded in the stone walls on the west side of the Shanhekou Bridge.
The former site of the Red Twenty-fifth Army Headquarters
The former site of the Red 25th Army headquarters is located in Lancao Village, Guanpo Town, Lushi County. In December 1934, the 25th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, led by Wu Huanxian, Xu Haidong, Cheng Zihua and others, set out from He Jiachong, Luoshan County, and passed through Lu into southern Shaanxi. At that time, the military headquarters was stationed here. The old site is 14 brick and wood temple buildings. Well kept.
Seishinjo-ji Temple
Halal Shangsi Temple, a provincial key cultural relics protection unit, is located in BeiguanCun, Lushi County, founded in the 43rd year of the Qianlong Dynasty (1778), which is a gathering place for the Hui people, and the Halal Shangsi Temple has become the center of religious activities for local Muslims. The temple seat is west to east, with an area of 2340 square meters, which is composed of three parts: the front hall, the main hall and the Wangyue Tower, and there are 5 Inscriptions of the Qing Dynasty in the temple. The quaint architecture is permeated with exotic styles, recording the prosperity of national culture and witnessing the harmony of national unity.
The former site of the central county committee of the COMMUNIST Party of China in Lulinglo
The former site of the CPC Lulingluo Central County Committee is located 45 kilometers west of the county seat, at the Guandi Temple on Mutong Township Street. In September 1946, the Party Committee of Yu'e-Shaanxi Region established four prefectural committees and four sub-districts in Lu's Mutonggou. In December of the same year, in order to further strengthen leadership, mobilize and concentrate the use of county armed forces, and give full play to the strategic role of the Lulingluo region in the revolutionary base areas of Henan, Hubei, and Shaanxi border areas, the four prefectural party committees decided to change the Lulingluo County CPC Committee to the Lulingluo Central County CPC Committee, Zhang Nan as the secretary of the Central County CPC Committee, and Guo Lun and Li Jian'an as deputy secretaries. Lu, Ling, Luo Central County administers: Lu Song, Lu Luo, Lu Ling, Lu Luo Ling County Committee.
