The turning point of Kuaibo occurred in November 2013, when the Cultural Committee of Haidian District of Beijing seized four servers hosted by Kuaibo in Beijing Wanglian Guangtong Technology Co., Ltd., and the identification of documents extracted from the above three servers showed that some of the videos were found to be obscene videos.
Wang Xin, whose name on Weibo is "Fast Broadcast Wang Blacksmith", often shared his thoughts and life dynamics on products and industries in 2013, and the last Weibo was on April 18, 2014, "Ah! What a painful realization, you were all I was, but I looked back on every step of the road, and I walked so lonely. Wang Xin said.

In January 2016, the Haidian court tried the Kuaibo case, and during the trial, Wang Xin shouted out the view of technical innocence. This sentence caused an uproar, on the one hand, it has become a classic in the hearts of many technical geeks, and on the other hand, it has been criticized by some mainstream voices. On September 9, 2016, the kuaibo case was tried again, and Wang Xin, Zhang Kedong, and Niu Wenju all pleaded guilty and repented.
