According to the preliminary accounting results, in the first three quarters, the urban sub-center achieved a regional GDP of 86.98 billion yuan, an increase of 7.5% year-on-year at comparable prices. The total investment in Jian'an remained the first in the city.

Among them, the primary industry increased by 6.4% year-on-year, the secondary industry increased by 2.7% year-on-year, and the tertiary industry increased by 10.3% year-on-year.
The industry cultivation has shown initial results, and the leasing business service industry, financial industry, information transmission, software and information technology service industry have maintained steady growth, with the growth rate of added value of 3.3%, 19.3% and 7.4% respectively.
In the first three quarters, the total investment in the construction and security of the city's sub-center remained the first in the city, and industrial investment continued to exert force. The development of manufacturing investment and people's livelihood investment is positive and improving, and the scale of investment in key areas is constantly expanding. Investment in manufacturing in the first three quarters was 9.8 times that of the same period last year, investment in health and social work was 2.7 times higher than last year, and investment in the Canal Business District increased by 32.4% year-on-year.
Industrial production runs smoothly, the total output value of industries above designated size is 44.83 billion yuan, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year, the growth of high-tech manufacturing is good, driven by the steady improvement of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the high-tech manufacturing industry has achieved a total output value of 10.49 billion yuan, an increase of 16.6% year-on-year.
Consumption vitality has been further enhanced, and market performance has continued to recover. In the first three quarters, the urban sub-center achieved a total retail sales of social consumer goods of 40.25 billion yuan, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year. The retail sales of zero-stay catering enterprises above designated size through public networks were 12.8 billion yuan, an increase of 19.3% year-on-year, accounting for 31.8% of the total retail sales of consumer goods.

In the first three quarters, the per capita disposable income of residents in the whole district was 38,186 yuan, an increase of 9.4% year-on-year. Among them, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 45,488 yuan, an increase of 9.2% year-on-year.
The per capita consumption expenditure of residents in the whole region was 24,518 yuan, an increase of 14.0% year-on-year; among them, the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents was 28,176 yuan, an increase of 13.9% year-on-year.
