Zhang Lei and his party successively went to Changlin Group, The First Station of Nobefeng Heating of Chengtou Group, Yamada Grinding Company, and Jinyimeng Heating Station to inspect the heating preparation and project construction on the spot, listen to relevant work reports, and put forward specific requirements for heating and project construction this winter.
Zhang Lei pointed out that heating involves thousands of households, is related to the cold and warm of the masses, and is an important people's livelihood project and people's heart project. All relevant departments and heating enterprises should resolutely shoulder their social responsibilities, do a solid job in the maintenance and commissioning of heating facilities, accelerate coal reserves, continuously improve heating security capabilities and service levels, and let the masses spend a comfortable and warm winter.
Zhang Lei stressed that projects are the cornerstone of development, and all levels in the county should firmly establish the concept of "grasping projects is grasping development", adhere to the concentration of forces on projects, policies to projects, and elements to projects, and do everything possible to grasp projects to expand investment. It is necessary to seize the golden season of construction, under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, rush the construction period, catch up with the progress, and comprehensively accelerate the pace of project construction.
