As the second 3W COFFICE in Beijing, which was recently established, why did it choose to settle in xisanqi culture and science park? How do we choose the location of co-working spaces everywhere?

Guo Xiaodong: First of all, biomedical health. Because we have experienced the epidemic, everyone has witnessed the impermanence and fragility of life, and only a healthy body is the guarantee of everything. Especially at present, 70-80% of people are in a sub-healthy state, so it will be a big breakthrough point in the field of great health.
The second is science and technology education. Although the current national policy has adjusted the traditional education, in the field of education, science and technology is the primary productive force. Online education, vocational training, training for young people's intelligence, motivation, business hobbies, teaching of small languages, as well as pre-job training for young adults, skill upgrading, academic upgrading and other aspects will be developed.
In addition, there are human resources services, Internet recruitment, headhunting. The cost of labor is a big expense, whether it is energy or money, with talent and team, the development of the enterprise can be sustainable.
At the same time, artificial intelligence, 5G applications, digital mobile Internet and other industries, as well as modern agriculture will have more noteworthy growth points.
Q7:3W COFFICE is located in Xisanqi Culture and Technology Park, please briefly talk about the support brought by park services for enterprise development and the feelings of employees working and living here.
