At about 10:00 a.m. on October 30, the Shuangjie police station combed through clues and waited for an ambush to successfully arrest chen Mouli (male, 57 years old, from Jiangcheng District) near the new capital in the south of the city. After investigation, in June 2021, Chen Mouli was chased online by the Public Security Management Brigade of the Jiangcheng Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau on suspicion of opening a casino.
At present, Chen Mouli has been transferred to the case-handling unit for further processing.
