385 Luan glue is difficult to continue The fate has been exhausted
Jin Zhang Hua's "Naturalist Chronicle" Volume II: "During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, the State of the West Sea offered five or two pieces of glue, and the emperor paid for the outer treasury. The remaining glue is half two, and the West makes Pei follow himself. Later, Emperor Wu shot at Ganquan Palace, and the emperor's bow string was broken, and the followers wanted to open the string more. The western envoy naijin, begging for the afterscent of the glue sent, was no wonder on the seat. The Western Envoy is to break the string with the mouth, and the two ends are connected, and the strings are connected. The emperor made lux lead each of them, and they were never separated. The Western Messenger said: 'You can shoot, all day long. 'Emperor Monster, left and right, because of the name: 'Continuing string glue'. ”
The old inscription Han Dongfang Shuo's "Records of the Ten Continents in the Sea": "Fenglin Island, in the middle of the West Sea." ...... There are many continents, and tens of thousands of them are groups. There are also mountains and rivers and ponds, and a hundred kinds of divine medicines, and many immortals, boiling phoenix beaks and linjiao, combined frying as ointment, named as continuous string glue, or named even golden clay. This glue can continue the broken string of the bow and crossbow, the broken gold of the sword, and the glue is continuous, so that the lux is blocked, and it is broken everywhere, and there is no interruption in the continuation. ”
【Interpretation】 During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, the Western Sea Kingdom came to pay tribute, and there was a kind of incense glue. Later, Emperor Wu hunted in Ganquan Palace, and the bow string was broken, and the slave wanted to change the string. The emissaries of the West Sea Kingdom requested to be continued with the glue they had sent, and everyone was surprised. The Messenger wets the glue with his mouth and uses it to bond the two ends of the broken string, which are connected together. Emperor Wu asked Lu Shi to hold on to each other, but he could not pull away. The Prophet said, "You can shoot arrows, and you will not break them all day." Hence the name "String Glue".
The old inscription Han Dongfang Shuo's "Record of the Ten Continents in the Sea" says: Legend has it that there is Fenglin Continent in the West Sea, and there are many phoenix unicorns on the continent. Xianjia uses phoenix beak and linjiao to fry as glue, named as continuous string glue, also known as string glue, even gold clay. This glue can be connected to a broken bow string, or a broken sword, and is very strong. Where the glue is continuous, the lux is restrained, and the other place is broken, and the place where the glue is adhered to, and nothing is damaged.
【Interpretation】 Later, this canon:
1, with "luan glue is difficult to continue" and so on means that the feelings are broken and the fate has been exhausted.
2. Use "continuation" to refer to a man who remarries after losing his wife.
3, with "phoenix glue" and other references to wonderful and rare things.
4. Metaphor refers to the person who can continue what has been interrupted.
