Xinhua Insurance (601336.SH) announced that the company recently received the "Reply on the Qualifications of He Xingda of New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd." and the "Reply on the Qualifications of Yang Xue of New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd." from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved the qualifications of Mr. He Xingda and Ms. Yang Xue as directors of the Company. The term of office of Mr. He Xingda and Ms. Yang Xue as directors of the Company shall commence on 27 October 2021 and end at the expiration of the term of office of the seventh term of the Board of Directors of the Company.
