From October 30 to 31, in the second half of 2021, the Beijing Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination, the Economic (Elementary, Intermediate) Professional and Technical Qualification Examination and the First-level Cost Engineer Vocational Qualification Examination were carried out as scheduled, with a total of 126 examination centers and more than 3,000 examination rooms in the city, involving more than 210,000 candidates.
In view of the fact that the number of examination rooms and reference personnel is large, and the epidemic prevention and control situation is complex, the Internal Security Bureau has adhered to high standards to implement security measures in accordance with the requirements of "accurate and meticulous" work, and has specially established a leading group for examination security work headed by the main leaders and leaders in charge
The leading group for examination security work actively consulted with the Beijing Education examination institute, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention and other departments, established a real-time communication mechanism, smoothed channels, and led the city's internal security system to invest more than 800 police personnel and more than 200 police vehicles, and fully guaranteed the safety and orderly conduct of the examination.
Refine security measures
Combined with the distribution of test centers, organize the establishment of each district examination security work leading group, and according to the actual situation of the test center and the surrounding areas, refine the plan, improve the emergency handling plan, and ensure the implementation of police forces, responsibilities and measures.
Do a good job of handling crimes related to the examination
In response to possible illegal and criminal acts such as exam cheating, together with network security and other departments, formulate a plan for cracking down on and disposing of it, and make every effort to safeguard the fairness and impartiality of the exam.
Purify the surrounding security environment
Mobilize the internal security system to start in advance, organize the police force to work with relevant departments to strengthen the cleaning and rectification of the surrounding areas of the test center, make every effort to purify the public security environment of the test center, and create a good external environment for the smooth progress of the test.
Strengthen the maintenance of order at the test center
During the examination period, strengthen the deployment of police forces around the test center and patrol prevention and control, timely and properly deal with various sudden problems, and make every effort to maintain the order of the test center.
At the same time, cooperate with the departments of education, human resources and social security, disease control and other departments to do a good job in checking the relevant certificates of candidates, and do a good job of persuading candidates who do not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention to leave and guide them.
