At the same time, the Dawn Rescue Team also received related requests for help. Soon, 39 volunteers assembled and arrived near the scene of the incident in just 14 minutes. "Just as we were about to go into the water to search, we received news that there were people shouting 'help' on the seashore of Chen Huacheng Square not far away." Team member Chen Bin said that two storm boats were immediately dispatched from the Bingzhou Bridge to Chen Huacheng Square to carry out a two-way cross-search.
Rescue team members also heard a faint "life-saving" sound from the sea near the Tong'an Bridge downstream. As the stormtrooper approached, a woman in her 20s was found drifting in the sea. Pulling the woman onto the storm boat, the team members quickly took out a thermal blanket to cover her and safely returned her to the shore.
After comparison, the woman was the person who called the police to fall into the sea that night. According to reports, the woman was not in a good mood that night, took off her shoes and jumped off the bridge, but after jumping down, she regretted it, floating on the sea and constantly shouting "help", and has been taken by the sea from near the Bingzhou Bridge to the vicinity of the Tong'an Bridge, floating for more than 1 hour. After on-site inspection, the woman's vital signs were normal, and the team members handed her over to the police and 120 medical personnel.
