At the scene of the operation, Wang Dingming held an action deployment meeting on the spot to carry out unified deployment and dispatch, requiring all actions of all departments to obey the command, strictly prohibiting private actions, and ensuring that law enforcement acts are carried out according to law, the safety and order of law enforcement sites, and the disposal of illegal scenes are in place.
During the demolition operation, the joint law enforcement team issued law enforcement documents on the spot and signed and confirmed by the person in charge of the enterprise after confirming that the Dachang Building Materials Factory did indeed have illegal land occupation, purchase of illegal sand and gravel raw materials, illegal processing and other illegal problems without relevant approvals. In order to ensure the smooth development of the demolition work, the joint law enforcement team first cut off the power supply of the illegal sand factory, transferred the illegally processed stone material, used oxygen welding tools to cut and decompose the steel frame structure such as the transfer belt, and mobilized large cranes, excavators, forklifts and other mechanical equipment for demolition. The whole operation was thunderous and rapid, and by 12 o'clock in the evening, all the relevant equipment of the illegal sand factory had been dismantled.
Wang Dingming stressed that all relevant functional departments should continue to maintain a high-pressure situation in accordance with the requirements of the "four governance" special rectification 100-day offensive action, and further increase the inspection and rectification of illegal mines, sand factories, and stocking yards.
