In order to further promote the growth and professional development of young teachers and build a platform for mutual exchange and collision of ideas for teachers in the area, the English elite team of Zibo Jingkai District Primary School recently held the "Elite Team Young Teachers Three Schools Joint Classroom Teaching Seminar" at Fujia Experimental Primary School.

Teacher Wang warmed up with songs, closely followed the learning situation, and progressed in a problem-oriented manner, paying attention to the cultivation of students' reading thinking. At the same time, Teacher Wang pays attention to excavating the meaning behind the pictures, expanding the text with the real context, and enriching the connotation, so that students can feel the real atmosphere of the birthday. Through group cooperation to introduce their birthday scenes last year, students deepened their understanding of the text content and recalled the happy atmosphere of their birthdays in the process of thinking, displaying, communicating and interacting, and realized the optimization of classroom effects.

After the three teachers finished the demonstration, the listening teacher adopted the "2+3" method to evaluate the class. The teachers expressed their opinions, commented on the teaching activities, exchanged, and better explored the improvement of the effectiveness of primary school English classroom teaching in the collision of views.
