On October 31, a car in India's Uttarakhand state crashed into a valley that day, killing at least 13 people and rescuing two, according to India's New Delhi Television (NDTV).
Officials from the state's emergency services said the accident occurred in the Jegrada area near the state's capital, Daihradun. The car, carrying 15 people, crashed out of control into a valley while driving down the mountain road, and the injured have been taken to a local hospital for treatment, and the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
