Veteran Li Shouquan recounted his unforgettable war scenes. In December 1952, at the age of 17, he crossed the Yalu River with his troops and marched to the Korean battlefield. On the battlefield, as a new soldier, he was stunned by a meteor-like shell, but fortunately the instructor quickly threw him down, and then a shell landed not far from them and exploded. Another time, as a signal soldier, when he was delivering orders, the enemy's artillery fire roared overhead one after another, and at this time, having grown into a qualified soldier, he braved the artillery fire to shuttle back and forth in the tunnels, conveying one order after another.
After listening to the veterans' stories, everyone said that listening to the stories of the older generation, they were greatly encouraged and should actively learn from the revolutionaries' spirit of forging ahead, forging ahead, and making selfless contributions.
