Yucheng is the hometown of Yiyin culture, the first slave-born prime minister in Chinese history, the first Yi Yin who invented soup medicine, ancient tombstones testify, thousands of years of ancient cypress trees testify. Here is a long and splendid human civilization, containing the thickness of Chinese medical culture. Yi Yin is the official name, equivalent to the minister, that is, the position he later held. Yi Yin was born in the late Xia Dynasty, and later assisted the Shang Tang in his crusade against the Xia Dynasty and established the Shang Dynasty, and was a famous politician and thinker at that time. He was given the title of Yin, and then served in the Shang Dynasty for more than fifty years, educating and assisting a total of five kings, not only a famous politician, but also achieved great achievements in education, thought, medicine, cooking and other aspects. During Yi Yin's tenure as Yin of the Shang Dynasty, he advocated the use of cooking methods such as "reconciling the five tastes" to govern the country, and to govern the Shang Dynasty with economic prosperity and political clarity, which can be described as a strong national strength. Therefore, Yi Yin was later evaluated by Lao Tzu as a sage who "ruled a big country if he cooked a small fresh". Yi Yin died at the age of 100 and was buried with the gift of the Son of Heaven in Wei Kui Dui, a dianji township in the southern Jiuli of shangdu (now gushu).
