How to keep a normal heart

Author: Ah Hua

In the past week, I did not interact with everyone on the headlines because I participated in the hometown association and the alumni association, and I saw that my fans were decreasing, and I felt some regret in my heart, and I am deeply sorry here.

Today, my wife saw my thoughts and said to me: Keep a normal heart. The first time I heard the word "ordinary mind" I remember it was decades ago. Lin Haifeng, a Master of Go in Japan, played in Bantian Jiudan, and his teacher Wu Qingyuan told him that the key to playing chess is "ordinary heart", those who are eager to win or are cowardly in the stage will be defeated, and they must be "yang and yang as usual" in the battle, so as not to be frizzy and behave abnormally.

The "ordinary mind" was first advocated by Zen Buddhism in China. Zen Master Zhao Zhou asked Master Nanquan, "How is the Tao?" Zen Master Nanquan said, "Ordinary mind is the Tao." The ordinary mind looks only as usual, but it is not ordinary, and the height is originally equal to the "Tao." In the Jingde Chuan Lantern Record, a monk asked the Zen master, "How is the ordinary mind?" The Zen master said, "Sleep is sleep, sit and sit." The monk bluntly asked the Zen master, "I can't learn, what should I do?" The Zen master also told him: "Heat is cool, and cold is fire." "Ordinary mind is ordinary, not pretentious, not reluctant, natural nature, not even to study."
