Recently, after the Hebi Intermediate People's Court Held a Meeting on The Study and Judgment of Business Environment Assessment and Enforcement Contract Indicators, the Qibin District Court focused on the spirit of the meeting and the improvement of the implementation of contract indicators, and formulated and issued the "Rectification and Improvement Plan for Enforcement Contract Indicators" in view of the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of contracts, especially the problems of long time for enforcing contracts, electronic delivery rates, and low live trial rates.
The "Rectification and Improvement Plan for Enforcement Contract Indicators" clarifies the work objectives, decomposes the work objectives, and puts forward specific improvement measures: adopting an additional green label system to strive to improve the quality and efficiency of trial and enforcement of sales contract cases; increasing the proportion of deferred reductions in litigation fees and effectively reducing the cost of resolving commercial disputes; strengthening the construction of information courts, increasing the intensity of trial and enforcement work, and improving the quality index of judicial procedures. The work tasks in the promotion measures were refined to each department, requiring each department to benchmark responsibilities, clarify tasks, and complete the work tasks involved in the implementation of contract indicators with high standards.
