In the early morning of November 1, 2021, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Economic Development Zone received a notification: Jiangxi Province reported a positive test of new crown pneumonia, and 1 person in Tianhe Street had a history of contact with him, and was judged to be a close contact.

Up to now, the close contact has been isolated at the centralized isolation medical observation point in the Economic Development Zone, and the first nucleic acid test result is negative. The close contact was active in many places in Tianhe Street, and the following is the details of his activity trajectory on October 31:

At 15:14 on October 31st, take the G2311 train (02 carriage 18F), arrive at Wenzhou South Railway Station at 19:04, and take his family's private car to Tianhe Street in Jingkai District after leaving the station. At about 20:00, go to Tianhe Street Face Butler (No. 1447 Yongqiang Road, Zhuangquan Village) for dinner. Around 21:00, return to your home on Jinzhen Road in Tianhe Street. At 0:30 on November 1, he was sent to the centralized isolation medical observation point in the Economic Development Zone for isolation.

On October 31, 2021, the Prevention and Control Office of the Economic Development Zone successively received notices from higher levels of investigation, and three close contacts of the confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia were active in the Economic Development Zone.

After receiving the information, the Prevention and Control Office of the Economic Development Zone carried out epidemiological investigation and verification for the first time, and 16 close contacts have been identified. Up to now, 3 close contacts have been isolated at the centralized isolation medical observation point in the Economic Development Zone, and the nucleic acid test result of the new crown virus for the first time is negative; the second close contacts have implemented measures such as sampling and testing, isolation medical observation, etc., and the relevant places involved have been disinfected.

The following are the activities of the 3 close contacts:

Close contact Yi Xing:

(1) At 10:52 a.m. on October 29, take G1382 to Shanghai from Jiaxing South Railway Station, and take G1361 (6 carriages) back to Jiaxing at 16:37. At 17:13, we arrived at Jiaxing South Railway Station. After leaving the station, go to the self-service ticket collection point and manual window to pick up the ticket, then go to the underground parking lot to pick up the car, drive back to the company, and drive home at 20:30.

(2) At 6:30 on October 30, we drove to Nantong, Jiangsu Province, and at 14:00 on October 31, we drove back to Jiaxing, and when we arrived home, we picked up the car to the isolation point.

Close contacts of Wu Moumou:

(1) At 10:50 on October 29, the G1382 train got off at Jiaxing South Station, waited for the bus at the bus platform, took the No. 118 bus at 11:30, and got off at about 11:45 a.m. At 18:30, I drove to Yigao Digital Plaza to cook fresh food, drove back to the talent apartment at 20:00, went to Fangxing PetroChina to refuel, at 20:30 to the yulu space fruit shop (Shangyuan store) to buy fruit, and walked back to the talent apartment at 21:00.

(2) Drive to Hangzhou and Ningbo on October 30, and drive back to Jiaxing at 20:00 on October 31, directly to the isolation point.

Close contacts of Sanzhao:

(1) At 10:52 on October 29, Jiaxing South Railway Station take G1382 (5 carriages) to Shanghai.

(2) Take G1637 (7 carriages) at 15:11 on October 30, go to Jiaxing South Railway Station at 15:56, take a taxi (the driver has controlled) directly back to the rental house, and then do not go out.

(3) Did not go out on October 31, and was sent to the isolation point at 11:30 on November 1.
