"If the Chinese team reaches the final round of the World Cup, I will definitely come back here and celebrate with everyone." At the KNVB training of outstanding teachers in the "NIKE Football Physical Education Class" on March 30, Dutch football star Johan Neeskens promised the physical education teachers on the spot.

On the evening of March 29, KNVB (Dutch Football Association) lecturers including Neskens and all the participating physical education teachers went to the scene to watch the life-and-death battle between the national football team and Qatar, and long before the game, the KNVB lecturers assigned tasks to all physical education teachers, and they divided 20 physical education teachers into four groups, respectively, responsible for analyzing the attack, defense and attack and defense of the Chinese team. On the morning of March 30, the delegates of the various groups took to the stage to expound their views, and Neskens commented at the end.
"If the Chinese team plays like it did in the second half last night, victory is inevitable." Neskens believes that in the first half of the game, the gap between the Chinese midfield and the defender line is too large, there is almost no one in the area near the middle line, and Qatar has 3 players in this area, so the Chinese team has a low success rate for the first point of the goal. In the second half, the situation improved a lot, and the midfielder and the defenders worked more closely and smoothly, which is why they scored their first goal.
Neskens said: "The second goal was counter-attacked through defense, the attack started with the goalkeeper, passed to the defender, midfielder, assisted the player to seize the best passing time, and the final shot was also very beautiful. Whether it is home or away, they need to maintain such a smooth coordination, to become a united team, sometimes their coordination is not very skilled, which requires the practice of tactical coordination in training. ”
After a brief review of last night's match between the national football team and Qatar, Neskens presented certificates and group photos to all the physical education teachers who participated in the training. Because teacher Wang Chenkai from Xishan Primary School in Dalian City is very tall, Nesskens deliberately tiptoed his feet during the group photo, which caused laughter at the scene. Neskens also promised that if China finally reached the World Cup finals, he would come back here to celebrate with everyone.
"I'm very much looking forward to seeing the progress of the Chinese team, just as I'm also looking forward to seeing the progress of the children." "Everyone is learning every day, including me, who is almost 65 years old and still learning," Nesskens said. Just two or three days is not enough, so I very much hope to come back and see the progress of the teachers in the future, and then make suggestions for where they need to continue to improve. I believe that this training is just the beginning, and I will be able to accept invitations from Nike and Reize Sports to reunite with these pe-teachers in the future. ”
For the physical education teachers in this training, Nesskens gave a high evaluation, "I am very surprised to see so many high-level Chinese physical education teachers, which is very important for the progress of youth football. If the teacher can make more teenagers fall in love with football, the effect may not be immediately displayed, but if they can persist, the children will get better every year. Similarly, if pedigrades are constantly absorbing new knowledge and making progress, their students will certainly improve. However, if physical education teachers want to apply the knowledge they have learned to practical teaching, they will encounter various problems, and how to solve them is the key. Maybe by the time of the next training, the teachers will respond to these problems, and we can help them solve some of them. ”
When you come to China, it is inevitable to show off your Chinese, and Neskens uses a sentence: "Come on, physical education teacher!" "My own blessings to all Chinese physical education teachers."
Ryser Sports Dialogue Neskens:
About Neskens: The love of Ajax is what drives me to play football
Q: When did you start playing football? Who influenced you the most before becoming a professional player?
A: I started playing football at the age of 6, first in the dutch town of Hemstaide, where I was born, and started my career in the first team of the RCH Hemsteide club at the age of 16.
I also played for the Dutch U16 national team as I struggled to join the club team, Ajax has always been my favorite club, and two years later at the age of 18, I signed with Ajax and was able to play with Cruyff and other hot stars at the time, which made me feel very honored. My love of football and Ajax is what motivates me to play football.
About Cruyff: My idol was him when I was 18
Q: In the 1974 World Cup final, the Netherlands played against the Federal Republic of Germany, and Cruyff made a point in the penalty area shortly after the opening, and you shot the penalty, should you remember this scene? Can you recall your friendship?
A: When I was 18, Cruyff was my idol, four years and four months older than me. I think he was the best player in Europe at the time, I fought alongside him at Ajax for three seasons, we won three consecutive UEFA Champions Leagues, two Dutch League titles and two Dutch Cups, in 1973 he moved to Barcelona, after the 1974 World Cup I also joined Barca and was a teammate with him for another four years, so I played with him for seven years and the national team together. It was an honor for me to play with him, coincidentally our names were Johan and everyone on the team called us Little John and Big John.
About Youth: 4v4 helps teenagers fall in love with football
Q: In the past two days, we have come into contact with many primary and secondary school physical education teachers, what do you think is the most effective in the Dutch football system to increase the interest of young people in football?
A: Around 1984, Rinus Michels, the then retired godfather of Dutch football, introduced the 4V4 format in the Dutch youth training in order to let the children experience the greatest happiness in football training and competition. All boys and girls can participate in 4V4 matches, and everyone can touch the ball multiple times in a game, can attack, defend, dribble, pass, and can repeatedly train each technical ability, which is very important for children's football training. And since everyone has a lot of touches, it also allows them to enjoy the game more. Children want to win and have fun when they play football, so while teaching children dribbling, passing, attacking, defending, shooting and other techniques, it is very important to arrange 4v4 matches, which can also teach them how to become a united team.
Q: With two keywords to describe the Dutch youth system, which two would you choose?
A: Fun and Repetitions
Q: You can play almost any position on the field, how old do you think the coach should fix a position on the field for him when he is old?
A: Children should pay more attention to their interests when they are young, and when they are about 10-12 years old, the coach can give the player a position and observe whether he is suitable for this position for a year or two. Especially when winning is not the main goal, the coach should try to let the child play in different positions and see which position he is best suited for. This is good because if someone on the team is injured, players who have played in different positions can be replaced. Only the team can win on the football field, every position is very important, there is no good or bad position.
Q: When training, every player wants to have more touch opportunities, how do you think you can improve the cohesion of the team, so that players who do not have too many opportunities to touch the ball also know how to think positively without the ball?
A: When I was a player, there weren't many balls to train at that time, and when I practiced dribbling, I had to come alone, and every time I practiced, I had to wait three or four minutes to get the ball again, which was not much good for the training effect. Children who are eager to touch the ball more should give them the ball, the solution is to strengthen the competition in training, starting from 1V1 to 4V4, as long as there is competition, children will have more touch opportunities, there will be more opportunities to think.
About Germany: The Netherlands are their teachers
Q: After entering the 21st century, Germany has also begun to attach importance to youth training, and their national teams have achieved very good results in recent years, how do you evaluate the two football systems of the Netherlands and Germany?
A: Germany was actually attracted by the way our generation of players played and what they achieved in the 1970s and 1990s, which is interesting, during that time a lot of German player coaches came to the Netherlands to watch how we trained young players, and then returned to China to implement similar training methods, and then modify them appropriately according to the situation of their own teenagers. They have achieved very good results in the last 15 years, just as we have improved their results after we introduced the Dutch youth system to Spain.
Q: What do you think is the biggest highlight of the youth training system in the Netherlands and Spain?
A: I think the progressive training structure of the Dutch youth academy from 6-18 years old, every two years old, is very scientific, and it is very helpful for their self-confidence and growth rate to let more young players enter the club team and even the national team. The problem is that many talented players in the Netherlands will be bought by La Liga, Serie A or Premier League teams, which is not conducive to the development of the Dutch League, but this is also something that cannot be done.
At present, many countries are working hard from the youth training system, but I think that youth training can achieve good results through multi-faceted cooperation. Every young player in the Netherlands is playing and going to school at the same time, they have enough time to train and have enough time to study.
About the European Championship exit: the national team is not picking up
Q: What do you think is the problem with the Netherlands not reaching the final round of Euro 2016?
A: The results of the Dutch team in the past few years have been very good, which is not easy for a small country like the Netherlands, but with the aging of the core players who led the team to achieve good results, we must add fresh blood, but now some young players in the national team do not have much experience in the big game, and it takes a certain amount of time to slowly mature, so there is a situation of "green and yellow". Similar problems are happening to Spain and France, and in the future to Germany. This is quite normal.
