Notice of traffic restriction measures
Zhumadian Tongshan Avenue under the Xinyang Expressway Yicheng District section of the construction was originally scheduled to be completed on October 30, 2021, to restore normal road traffic, due to the construction progress, the Provincial Expressway Network Management Center has extended the construction permit to June 30, 2022, during the construction of the road section continues to take traffic restriction measures for auxiliary road traffic. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
From October 31, 2021 to June 30, 2022, vehicles in the northern half of the Xinyang Expressway (K117+483-K118+270) (xincai to biyang direction) will continue to pass through the auxiliary road. From October 31, 2021 to February 28, 2022, the southern half of the original road (in the direction of Biyang to Xincai) will be closed for construction, and vehicles will borrow the northern half of the original road to pass; from March 1 to June 30, 2022, the northern half of the original road (in the direction of Xincai to Biyang) will be closed for construction, and the southern half of the road will resume normal traffic.
The auxiliary road is a one-way two-lane road, and the maximum speed of vehicles driving on the auxiliary road shall not exceed 60 kilometers per hour. The construction section is prohibited from the passage of over-limit transport vehicles carrying non-dissolutable items, and the over-limit transport vehicles carrying non-disassembleable items should be detoured by the Xinyang Expressway Tianzhong Toll Station (K114) and the Qishan West Toll Station (K127) respectively. Vehicles passing through this section of the road should follow the instructions of the road traffic sign markings, and can also obtain road traffic information through the Henan Expressway Public Security Weibo WeChat platform and the electronic display screen along the expressway, and reasonably choose the driving route.
