Ashamed of nature, today, I have the honor to enter this mountain gate, abbot Nanshan, guard the mountain gate for Guanghua Temple, and inherit the style of Nanshan. To this end, I am very grateful for the protection of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the blessings of the great masters of the past generations, and I am also grateful for the harmony of all the circumstances and the achievements of good karma, especially the trust, love, support and guidance of the party and government leaders, the elders of the mountains, the distinguished friends, the followers of the masters, especially the grand event of the monks and laymen who live in the monastery and the teachers and students of the college.

Shame in nature, shallow in virtue and shallow in learning, and now entering this mountain gate, the abbot of this mountain knows that the burden is not light, and the responsibility is not small. Be humble, self-disciplined, tolerant, stoic, do not forget the original intention, do not go against the wishes, be the bricks and stones on the Three Jewels, and be the cattle and horses in the crowd of sentient beings. They will love the country and religion, abide by the law and keep the precepts, respect the elderly and protect the young, and unite the six harmonies. Always practice self-examination, and always lead by example.

Nanshan Guanghua is a national key temple of Han Buddhism, with a proud history and a remarkable today. It needs to be inherited, and it needs to be developed. In terms of the environment, we should strive to further transform and become temples with gardens, and even temples with gardens, as described in the "Midas Sutra", complement the Nanhu Park in front of the temple and build beautiful monasteries; in education, we should strive to further improve, there should be relatively independent teaching buildings, teaching and research centers, especially teaching and research centers that adhere to the sinification of Buddhism, and build a base for the sinification of Buddhist education; culturally, we should strive to further cultivate the historical inheritance exhibition hall of the monastery, the exhibition hall of cultural relics, and the reverence for history. In terms of charity, we should strive to further improve, registered foundations, professionally serve the vulnerable groups in society, more integrate the spirit of Buddhist compassion, and build charitable monasteries; in foreign exchanges, we should strive to further give play to our own advantages, strengthen interaction with the Buddhist circles in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, integrate the soul, strengthen non-governmental exchanges with Southeast Asia, ASEAN, the Asia-Pacific region, and even Europe and the United States, and build international monasteries. In terms of hardware construction, we will strive to further improve, such as the reconstruction of the West Pagoda, so that the East Pagoda, which is related to the national key cultural relics, will be built as a new landmark of Putian Guanghua Temple. In particular, in terms of faith, Taoist style, and sectarian style, in order to further improve, we must implement the practice of taking vows and reciting the Buddha, maintain the universal, stable, and long-term inheritance of this good tradition in the practice of the Broad-based Sangha, and build a dojo for holding vows and a dojo for reciting the Buddha. In short, on the basis of enhancing the realms of thought, understanding, spirit, morality, pattern, and vision, the masses will strive to make efforts in these aspects in the new era, singing the song of "There is a Mazu Dojo in Meizhou in the south and a Buddha's Dojo in Nanshan in the north", so as to promote the transformation and promotion of the achievements of the Fifth World Buddhist Forum in Putian, serve the community, benefit the locality, face the whole country, and go to the world.

Dear Ones,
The human heart must be united with the heavenly heart, and the heavenly man must be one. The main hall of Putian Guanghua Temple has a couplet, which is called: Wishing the Heavenly Son Vance the Year of eternal Buddha Day, and all sentient beings are happy to be in the clouds. The four disciples of Guanghua Temple must demand of themselves according to the standard of "political reliability, religious attainment, moral ability to serve the public, and role when the key is critical." In the future journey of study and cultivation, we will certainly always adhere to the direction of the sinification of Buddhism, always take the road of adapting Buddhism to socialist society, always safeguard world peace, the reunification of the motherland, ethnic unity, and religious harmony, always inherit China's excellent traditional culture, always practice the core socialist values, always carry forward the positive factors of Chinese Buddhism, especially Chinese Buddhism, love the party and the country and socialism, help China rise, help the rejuvenation of the nation, seek liberation in serving society, and transcend in the dedication of sentient beings.
